- Roger and I married November 27,1986, on Thanksgiving day in Harrodsburg,Kentucky...it was a private ceremony performed by my Uncle Bob in my Mom's lovely home! Indeed private...it was a surprise to even my Mom! Oh what a Thanksgiving/Wedding dinner we had...one to remember! With much to be thankful for from that day forward! (although hubby still claims he thought he was just going for turkey dinner..) We lived in the beauty of Jessamine County...with daughters Leigh Chase, and Jana. Six years later...hubby's company GTE was transferring us to Dallas. We still miss our Old Kentucky home. Fourteen years later,retiring from Verizon. Sixteen years later,I still enjoying my beauty shop socializing. I work, he golfs..life is good! Hope to make our way back to a Kentucky home,where the sun shines bright!
